Our Saturday volunteer afternoons are a flurry of activity.  Usually, between 8 and 12 volunteers are hard at work, checking bags that have been donated, packing new bags, preparing items to be packed, and tackling various other tasks.  We have delivered as many as 60 bags to Catholic Charities after one of these afternoons, so it's a busy couple of hours.  But we have a lot of fun, too, and these events are a perfect opportunity for adults and children to work together.
